·         Profit after tax for the period July to September amounted to -1 363 737 SEK

·         Earnings per share amounted to SEK -0.02 SEK.

·         Equity per share amounted to 0.20 SEK

The period from January to September

·         Net sales for the period amounted to 0 SEK

·         Operating income totaled -5 018 235 SEK

·         Profit after tax for the period amounted to -5 018 209 SEK

·         Earnings per share amounted to SEK-0.12 SEK

·         Equity per share amounted to 0.20 SEK

Significant events during the period

·         The company pursued new share issues during the period that brought to the company 8 842 705 SEK

·         The company has signed an agreement with the Cagayan province to pursue geological surveys

·         Good results from the geological study in Vigan

·         Encouraging results from initial surveys in Cagayan

·         The company's shares were listed on AktieTorget on July 28

·         The company made a final agreement with Nova International to operate its plant in Cagayan

·         The company has assessed mineral resources for the Cagayan River and Appari plant. The total mineral asset is calculated to 2.000.720.000 MT (Metric tons), with an average concentration of 3%.

·         Delta Minerals will open a sales company in Singapore

·         Delta Minerals´ processing plant commenced test production in mid-September

Events after the reporting period

·         The subscription for the first period of TO1B was completed. A total of 2 974 957 shares were subscribed

·         Delta Minerals processing plant in Appari, Cagayan reaches planned capacity.
